Materials
- Paper plate
- Paint, peach
- Paint brush
- Glue
- Construction papers (blue, red, white, and black)
- Marker
- Scissor

Instructions
- Cut the paper plate in half.
- Draw a mustache on one half piece of plate, cut it out.
- Paint the middle circle of the paper plate. You can trace the lines in it to make the face. Let it dry.
- Cut strips of the red paper and one strip from the blue paper. Assemble them together with the blue in a horizontal and the red in a vertical.
- Then attach it to the paper plate.
- Cut two small circles from the red paper for his cheeks.
- Glue them onto your plate.
- Cut two circles from the white paper then shade it with the marker leaving small dots to make his eyes. Attach it to the paper plate.
- Lastly, attach his beard and there you have your paper plate uncle Sam craft!
