How to Make These Pecan & Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

Prep Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 packages graham crackers
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- Green M & M’s
- Green or St. Patrick’s Themed Sprinkles
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a glass bowl over a pan with water. (or preferred method).
2. Dip one side of the graham cracker into the chocolate and place on parchment paper.
3. Decorate with pecans, M&M’s, and sprinkles before chocolate hardens.
4. Refrigerate to set the chocolate.
