Fall Pumpkin Snack Idea

Looking for another fun and easy fall treat? Grab some orange candy melts and turn these pretzels into adorable pumpkins! The green M&M works as the pumpkin stem as well.

If you aren’t having any luck finding red or orange candy melts you can grab some white candy melts and some food coloring. Simply melt the white candy melts and add color, mix and repeat until color is where you want it to be.

Pretzel Apples Recipe

Makes 12-20 pretzels

Time: 10 minutes

Resting time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 12-20 mini twist pretzels
  • 3 oz red chocolate candy melts
  • 1 Tbsp mini green M&Ms

Directions:

1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely smooth.

2. Dip the pretzel into the chocolate, coating the whole thing.

3. Place the treats on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

4. Immediately add a green M&M to the top of the pretzel.

5. Place the pretzels in the fridge and allow the chocolate to harden completely before serving.
