How to Make Homemade Tortilla Chips
These chips are best enjoyed when they are fresh! So we highly suggest you make them right before you plan to serve. When it comes to spray olive oil you can use any kind or avocado oil, whichever you prefer. We do not suggest brushing your tortillas with oil because it can easily make them soggy, and they won’t get that nice crunch.
As for cookie cutters we used a 2 inch tree and a 4 inch tree but you can stick with one size if you prefer. Keep in mind if you do various sizing they may crisp up faster than the larger sizes so keep a close eye on them. Make sure you have parchment paper on your baking sheets as these chips can stick and you don’t want broken trees!
These pair VERY well with one of these recipes:

When it comes to selecting your tortilla wraps you don’t have to stick with spinach ones. the reason behind selecting these is because they have a great flavor, but they also have a slightly green color. However ANY kind will work. Tomato, cheese, or even original. Whatever kind you choose, they are sure to be delicious! You also don’t have to stick with just Christmas trees, you can use various cookie cutter shapes to make different festive chips. Gingerbread, Santa, Bells, and even candy canes!
Any shape will work and be super festive. Besides topping your tortillas with salt you can also add other spices if you want to mix it up. Try some garlic salt to create some garlicky chips, seasoning salt, or even some pepper! You can really do any seasoning you think would work well for your chips. Taste test before and also go light on it at first!
