This deliciously sweet Easter Strawberry shortcake parfaits are packed full of sweet treats that are sure to be a huge hit with any age. Class parties, Easter dinners, or any get together you are thinking of hosting these sweet treats will be the perfect dessert to serve up!

Alternatives For Your Easter Treat

These tasty treats can be served up in any bowl, even just a glass bowl if that’s easier. You can also use any type of chocolate to create your bowl if you prefer a milk or dark chocolate over white chocolate. Do whatever type you prefer! Or you can create a few different bowls and let guests pick which one they want! When it comes o your pudding you can really use any type you feel would go well with the chocolates you select! Easter Strawberry Shortcake Parfaits Recipe

Ingredients

White Chocolate Sphere Bowls Ingredients

  • 1 – 16 oz package Ghirardelli White chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 silicone sphere molds

Parfait Ingredients

  • 2 packages of TastyCake dessert shells, or any yellow cake dessert shells. Cut into tiny cubes
    of cake
  • 1 package of instant French vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups toasted coconut
  • 2 packages of Lindt mini Milk Chocolate gold bunny – Lindt
  • 2 cups finely diced strawberries

Directions

White Chocolate Sphere Bowls directions

  1. Melt the ghirardelli milk chocolate wafers in a large bowl in increments of 45 seconds
  2. Using a spoon, spoon some of the melted chocolate into 6 molds and coat the entire mold
  3. Dump extra chocolate back into the bowl
  4. Place the coated molds into the fridge for 5-10 minutes
  5. Remove from the fridge and gently peel the silicone mold back away from the hardened shell
  6. Carefully place the mold onto the cookie sheet
  7. Repeat steps again that way you have another set of shells created
  8. Once the shells are made, place onto a cookie sheet. You should have 12 shells in total and you will only need 10 for the parfaits

Building the Parfait

  1. Follow the directions on the back of the pudding mix to make the pudding
  2. Once the pudding is made, spoon about 3 tbsp of pudding into the white chocolate spheres

  1. Add a layer of the bite size dessert cake on top of the pudding

  2. Unwrap a chocolate bunny and gently push into the center of the dessert
