You don’t have to follow our ingredient list completely, if you aren’t a fan of something just simply omit it and replace it with something you like. If your partner loves fruit, add more fruit!

Heart-y Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board Recipe

Ingredients

Cheese:

  • Brie, heart
  • Cheddar, cubes
  • Pepper jack, cubes
  • Tapas Spanish Cheese
  • Colby jack slices, hearts
  • Blueberry goat cheese

Meats:

  • 3 Salami Hearts
  • 8 oz Genoa salami
  • 8 oz Uncured Sweet Sopressata
  • 8 oz Uncured Sweet Capocollo
  • 8 oz Prosciutto

Other:

  • ½ cup Strawberries. Sliced
  • ½ cup Grapes, on the stem still
  • ½ cup Raspberries
  • ¼ cup Green Olives
  • Crackers
  • Chocolate Coated Almonds
  • Chocolate Hearts
  • Ghirardelli Strawberry Chocolate Squares
  • Chocolate ½ Heart, Red chocolate wafers

Tools:

  • Heart Cookie Cutter, Large
  • Heart Cookie Cutter, Small
  • Heart Cookie Cutter, Mini
  • Chocolate Heart mold
  • Heart Shaped Box

Instructions:

Salami Rose

  1. Take your first slice of salami and place half of it in the glass with the remaining folded over the rim of the
    glass.
  2. Take your second piece of salami and place it halfway over the first layer, half of it in the glass with the remaining folded over the rim of the glass
  3. Take your third piece of salami and place it halfway over the second layer, half of it in the glass with the remaining folded over the rim of the glass
  4. Keep going around the glass until you’ve used all 9 pieces of salami.
  5. Take your glass and turn it upside down and lightly press the salami pieces on top of the board. upside
    down Remove the salami from the shot glass, set the rose to the side.

Heart Brie

  1. Use a large heart cookie cutter and press out the heart shape in the Brie.
  2. Using a mini heart shaped cookie cutter press out a small heart in the top corner.

Board

  1. Place the heart shaped brie cheese on the board.
  2. Now add the sliced blueberry goat cheese, salami rosette, and chocolate half heart on the board.

  2. Now place the chunks and slices of cheese on the board.
