Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground meat (beef, pork, or a combination of the two)
  • 1 egg, boiled
  • 1 cup spinach pasta green curls
  • Green Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp of corn kernels, boiled and cooled
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Sauce:

  • 1/2 sweet pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp Tomate Paste
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Garnish For Egg

  • Prunes
  • Parsley Leaf

Monster Meatball Instructions

  1. Place the ground meat mixture in a mixing bowl.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  3. Form five meatballs from the mixture.
  4. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Gently place the meatballs in the skillet and fry them on all sides until browned.

  1. When meatballs are fully cooked, transfer to a plate or casserole dish to keep warm.
