- 1 cup ground meat (beef, pork, or a combination of the two)
- 1 egg, boiled
- 1 cup spinach pasta green curls
- Green Spaghetti
- 2 tbsp of corn kernels, boiled and cooled
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- salt and pepper
Sauce:
- 1/2 sweet pepper
- 1 tomato
- 2 tbsp Tomate Paste
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Garnish For Egg
- Prunes
- Parsley Leaf
Monster Meatball Instructions
- Place the ground meat mixture in a mixing bowl.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Form five meatballs from the mixture.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Gently place the meatballs in the skillet and fry them on all sides until browned.
- When meatballs are fully cooked, transfer to a plate or casserole dish to keep warm.
Mystery Sauce Instructions
- Make a cross-shaped cut on the tomato.
- Scald the tomato with boiling water and peel off the skin.
- Chop the bell pepper, onion, and tomato finely
