- With the black sparkle gel, make 4 squiggly lines, equal distance apart, from the base of the cone all the way up to the tip
- Press the sprinkles onto the cone in desired location, have fun & be creative
- These cones make great Halloween table centerpieces or a fun, easy activity for gatherings!
